common exchange between 2 or more people that in the end leaves someone feeling put down. In this
workshop the trainees will go over what a Microaggression is, the 3 different micros that relate to a
microaggression and tools on how to disrupt them when it is happening or has happened. After this
workshop the person or persons will know the following:

● Answer the question “What is a Microaggression?”
● Understand the 3 Micros that relate to a microaggression
● A framework that they can use to disrupt a microaggression when it has happened or
when it is happening and they will also put it into practice
● How to move forward
