Description

In the Introduction to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) workshop the trainees will get a granular look
into what DEI is, how to get started and a big picture view of what a roadmap should look like for an
organization. It touches on the different DEI frameworks and what they mean as well as how choosing the
proper framework for the organization relates to the business Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), the
mission and values, and company culture. After this workshop the person or persons will know the
following

● What Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI )is, the different frameworks following it
● A understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and how it relates to your
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategy
● Best practices on how to get started with building a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
strategy for the organization and a big picture road map
● How Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) influences company culture
