Why? Because I have lived it. I am a queer, woman who is also introverted. I also have a tenacious streak that has allowed me multiple successful career pivots and doing what I love which is helping people be their best selves.  My career path hasn’t been a linear one and that is a part of my superpower. With over 15 years of leadership and coaching experience, including navigating the pressures of mental health, department of corrections and the tech industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my coaching practice. My background in therapeutic practice, coupled with specialized training in NLP and the RESPECT Coaching Styles, equips me to support your journey toward impactful leadership.
